Make a joyful noise unto the Lord!

The VCC is a musical church. Music plays an important part in our services. We have a choir and instrumental and vocal soloists from within and outside the congregation.  Our music program is under the direction of Sandra Nel. Sabine Humber is our choir director. Martin Horn is our organist. Larger classical works are performed at the church throughout the year by Collegium Dorotheum - an musical organization founded by VCC musicians.  If you would like to participate in our music program or are interested in joining the VCC choir please contact Sabine Humber or Sandra Nel or visit the  VCC Music Chair's page.

The VCC Musician Awards were established in 1987 as part of the 30th anniversary celebration of the Vienna Community Church.  The Rothgeb Memorial Grants given each year to assist a worthy musician of the church in a study program.  This is one way of expressing thanks to our performers for  their musical contribution to the VCC worship services.
